Technology Externship Program Manager

JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey. The organization seeks professionals for long-term engagement to manage a 14-week externship program, involving recruitment, onboarding, and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Interview with incoming interns
• Help assigning them to projects by working with the host teams
• Organize virtual learning and social event for the college students
• Engage with the Students University Advisors

Requirements

• Familiarity with early career members
• Ability to work with little direction
• Meticuously follow up with internal an external stakeholders
