Kitman Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to oversee reporting and visualization within their Intelligence Platform, enabling sports coaches and scientists to make data-driven decisions. The role involves strategic planning, technical collaboration, and managing API and AI integrations to enhance sports performance analytics.

Responsibilities

Own the product lifecycle for reporting and visualisation within iP from discovery through release and iteration
Build understanding of data architecture and reporting infrastructure, partnering with data engineers and platform teams
Define and manage a roadmap for reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation capabilities
Collaborate with the existing Product Owner to translate roadmap priorities into delivery
Partner with engineering on data modelling, query performance, and architecture trade-offs
Own product direction for iP's API and integrations platform, working with engineering leadership
Manage relationships with strategic third-party technology partners, including a major global technology partner
Lead implementation and go-to-market of AI capabilities delivered through partnerships
Own usage and cost analysis for partner-delivered products
Develop understanding of how sports organisations use data and reporting, building relationships with customers and stakeholders
Define success metrics and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes
Build a business case for roadmap investments, connecting decisions to business outcomes
Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing for go-to-market support

Requirements

Track record as a Senior Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end-to-end
Technical background in data analytics, reporting, or data visualisation tools
Experience engaging with data and backend engineers on data models and system architecture
Experience owning or contributing to API, developer platform, or integrations products
Experience managing strategic technology or platform partnerships
Experience taking AI-powered capabilities from implementation to market
Ability to analyse product usage and cost data
Understanding of the full product development lifecycle
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Customer-centric mindset
Commercial awareness in product decisions
Proficiency with AI tools like Claude, Gemini, etc.
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success
Decision-making skills with incomplete information and managing trade-offs
Excellent communication skills
Entrepreneurial and highly organized
