• Teach core skills in technical project management, agile methodology, scrum, stakeholder management, resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Support students' career development including resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, networking, and freelancing.

Requirements

• Professional experience in technical program management.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• Structured approach to breaking down complex technical and organizational concepts.
