Leland is seeking an experienced leadership coach to work with leaders and rising managers, providing coaching and mentoring on various leadership skills and AI fundamentals. The role involves helping clients navigate organizational challenges and build fluency in AI-related capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coaching and mentoring on change management, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, ethical leadership, diversity and inclusion, innovation and creativity, problem solving, and time management.
• Helping clients build fluency in AI fundamentals, AI strategy, AI automation, and team AI upskilling.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership or management experience.
• Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients navigate complex organizational challenges.
