The role of Talent Resourcer involves proactive sourcing, pipeline building, and collaboration with recruiters to identify suitable candidates for international hiring projects.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-quality candidates for roles.
• Build talent pipelines.
• Support recruiters and consultants.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a resourcer or sourcer within a recruitment agency.
• Experience sourcing candidates internationally or across multiple countries, including in high-volume remote hiring environments.
• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing.
• Experience partnering effectively with recruiters and consultants throughout the hiring process.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• A home office setup with reliable internet and a personal laptop.
