Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, meetings, and deadlines.
- Coordinate communication between the executive and internal teams.
- Support the executive team with meetings, brainstorming sessions, and offsites.
- Handle travel arrangements and external engagement logistics.
- Assist with key priorities by preparing materials and organizing workflow.
- Identify issues proactively and implement solutions.
- Support engagement with the Board and senior stakeholders, including preparing materials and logistics for meetings.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- 2-4+ years directly supporting a CEO or Founder preferred.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
