System Trainer (Canada Remote)

The company is Motorola Solutions, a global leader in safety and resilience management technology, seeking a System Trainer to develop and deliver training programs for business software applications. The role involves content creation, training delivery, and collaboration with product teams to ensure effective user adoption.

Location: Canada

Salary: $90,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD

Responsibilities

• Design & update engaging training courses for online and in-person delivery, including customized curriculums.
• Lead impactful training sessions and manage associated administrative tasks.
• Evaluate and refine training programs to align with product updates and learning outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is ready for new product releases and updates.
• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding training sessions, bookings, and feedback.
• Partner with Product Managers to stay ahead of the product roadmap and align training with business goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain content quality and manage initiatives.

Requirements

• Willing to obtain necessary Security Clearance.

• Target salary range: $90,000 CAD - $110,000 CAD.
