SVP of Product, Media

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $275,000–$350,000 USD + bonus

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-funnel media strategy, including AI product strategy across retail media, sponsored ads, DSP products, offsite media, and commerce media activation.
  • Define how Pacvue helps brands and agencies move from channel-by-channel execution to portfolio-level media decisioning.
  • Set a clear roadmap for the media portfolio, connecting retail media and DSP capabilities to measurement, automation, AI, reporting, and platform workflows.
  • Lead product vision, prioritization, and execution for retail media and AI-first DSP product areas.
  • Partner with Engineering, AI, Product Growth, Product Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships to deliver scalable, relevant products.
  • Drive product decisions across planning, activation, budget management, optimization, pacing, reporting, measurement, and cross-channel performance.
  • Tie product investment to outcomes like adoption, retention, revenue, customer satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and media performance.
  • Work with AI teams to embed recommendations, automation, decision support, and optimization into media products.
  • Partner with Product Growth to improve activation, adoption, usage, retention, and expansion.
  • Ensure new media capabilities are built, adopted, and connected to customer value.
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic customers, engaging with enterprise brands and agencies.
  • Translate customer feedback into roadmap priorities and strategic bets.
  • Build trust with customers through media expertise and product judgment.
  • Lead, coach, and scale international product teams responsible for media portfolio.
  • Create ownership, execution rhythms, and alignment across regions and functions.
  • Ensure global product strategy is informed by regional needs and market dynamics.
  • Act as a senior market-facing voice for Pacvue on retail media, commerce media, DSP activation, measurement, and AI-driven optimization.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in product leadership, retail media, commerce media, ad tech, programmatic, or enterprise media platforms with direct/hands-on experience leading AI innovation.
  • Deep understanding of how brands and agencies plan, activate, measure, and optimize media investment.
  • Experience with retail media networks, sponsored ads, DSPs, programmatic media, marketplace advertising, or full-funnel media activation.
  • Strong customer-facing executive presence, engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Proven leader of distributed or international product teams, creating alignment across time zones, cultures, markets, and functions.
  • Commercial instincts supporting sales, renewals, expansions, and customer growth.
  • Partnering with AI, Data Science, Product Growth, and GTM teams to drive adoption, automation, and customer outcomes.
  • Partnering with Engineering and Data Science on platform, automation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, translating complex topics into strategic narratives.
  • Experience with platforms like Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart Ads, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, AMC, or similar.
  • Experience with incrementality, attribution, MMM, budget optimization, or closed-loop media optimization.
  • Scaling strategic product portfolios from early traction to enterprise adoption.

Additional Information

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $275,000-$350,000 USD. The actual salary will vary depending on experience, skills, and market data.
  • Position is eligible for additional annual bonus compensation through incentive plans.
