Location: Remote (US)
Salary: $100,000–$110,000/yr base, up to $152,000 OTE (base + variable)
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and meet client goals.
- Manage escalations, troubleshoot challenges, and provide strategic solutions to enhance client retention.
- May manage a small team of Customer Success Managers, providing training and support.
- Coordinate and oversee professional services projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Represent the CSM team in meetings, contributing to process improvements.
- Use market insights to inform product development and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, mitigate risks, and identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in B2B SaaS or automotive tech.
- Current certifications in Google Ads (Display, Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
- Proven track record in customer retention, relationship building, and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite stakeholders.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Gsuite, Slack, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S., with a valid driver’s license.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Ability to perform extensive computer work and sit for long periods.
- Ability to work from a home office and maintain productivity.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.

- Annual base salary: $100,000–$110,000, with on-target earnings up to $152,000.
- Fullpath is open to offering higher salaries for highly qualified candidates.
