Strategic Account Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $100,000–$110,000/yr base, up to $152,000 OTE (base + variable)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive adoption and meet client goals.
  • Manage escalations, troubleshoot challenges, and provide strategic solutions to enhance client retention.
  • May manage a small team of Customer Success Managers, providing training and support.
  • Coordinate and oversee professional services projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Represent the CSM team in meetings, contributing to process improvements.
  • Use market insights to inform product development and identify growth opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, mitigate risks, and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Account Management in B2B SaaS or automotive tech.
  • Current certifications in Google Ads (Display, Search), Google Analytics (GA4), and PMAX, or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Proven track record in customer retention, relationship building, and strategic planning.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, Gsuite, Slack, and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% within the U.S., with a valid driver’s license.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Ability to perform extensive computer work and sit for long periods.
  • Ability to work from a home office and maintain productivity.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

  • Annual base salary: $100,000–$110,000, with on-target earnings up to $152,000.
  • Fullpath is open to offering higher salaries for highly qualified candidates.

  • Remote position with preference for hybrid work in Burlington, VT / Detroit, MI / Teaneck, NJ.
