Sr. Product Manager - MarTech Platforms

The Senior Product Manager – Marketing Technology (MarTech) Platforms will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iHerb’s core marketing technology ecosystem, leading integration, evolution, and optimization of third-party and in-house MarTech platforms that enhance customer data, personalization, content, and lifecycle marketing experiences.

Salary: $177,000—$220,000 USD
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of iHerb’s core Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms and integrations.
- Lead build vs. buy decisions for current and future capabilities, including CDP, orchestration, CMS, PIM, DAM, LSP, and related platforms.
- Serve as the product owner for key third-party MarTech platforms (e.g., Simon AI, Braze), including roadmap alignment and feature adoption.
- Partner with Engineering to design and deliver scalable, reliable integrations between MarTech platforms and iHerb’s core systems.
- Translate marketing and business needs into clear technical requirements, data flows, and platform capabilities.
- Act as a strategic partner to Marketing, enabling personalization, lifecycle marketing, content operations, and experimentation through technology.
- Balance near-term marketing needs with long-term platform scalability, maintainability, and technical health.
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure platform performance, adoption, and business impact.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Engineering, Data, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and reviews.
Requirements
- Strong experience leading complex platform or infrastructure-adjacent products
- Hands-on experience working with or integrating MarTech platforms such as CDPs, marketing automation/orchestration tools, CMS, PIM, DAM, or similar systems.
- Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architectures, data flows, and system integrations.
- Proven ability to drive build vs. buy decisions and evaluate third-party vendors and technologies.
- Experience defining and managing product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for marketing and business audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort operating in highly cross-functional environments.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
