Clinical Project Manager

A senior project management role in clinical trials within Oncology, focusing on full service oversight from proposal to completion, for a global CRO team.

Location: Remote (Global)

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical projects in accordance with study budget and scope.
• Serve as primary client liaison, providing excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with project team and senior management, including C-level.
• Handle all aspects of clinical research trials across functional areas.
• Prepare project status updates and performance metrics.
• Contribute to efficient trial management and execution.
• Review protocols, study documentation, and budgets.

Requirements

• Degree or related life science qualification or equivalent.
• 5-7 years industry experience, with at least 4 years in full service clinical trial project management within a CRO.
• Experience managing Oncology studies.
• Understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Proven computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint) and experience with CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS.
• Ability to develop positive working relationships.
• Understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities.
