Sr. Manager, CRM Operations

The Senior Manager, CRM Operations leads the CRM technical and operations team at DaVita, overseeing the platform's development, data delivery, and team management to support scalable, automated, and compliant marketing campaigns.

Location: 09567 - Denver HQ Non-CA or CO Remote

Salary: $98,000.00–$155,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coach a team of solution architects, a QA developer, and the email build team.
• Set standards and develop key processes for the team and ensure adherence.
• Establish and enforce build, QA, and documentation standards.
• Manage delivery cadence within an agile model.
• Develop the team's ability to resolve technical ambiguity independently.
• Serve as escalation point for complex architecture decisions.
• Own the CRM platform product roadmap.
• Own the data delivery of campaigns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Navigate complex data sources and resolve gaps.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including senior technical or solution architecture.
• Experience leading or managing a technical team of solution architects, developers, or QA.
• Deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
• Strong command of Salesforce data models, Data Cloud integration, audience segmentation, and journey orchestration.
• Proven ability to navigate scattered data sources and deliver reliable campaign data.
• Experience owning a platform or product roadmap.
• Proven ability to set standards and build repeatable processes.
• Experience leading delivery in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, Data Extensions, and relational data design.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
