Sr. EMEA Account Executive

They process over 5 billion transactions per month, focusing on scale, reliability, and performance.
Location: EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa)
Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 base + Commission (USD)
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on the EMEA market and diverse customer base
- Learn the sales process and navigate complex deals; effectively run a deal cycle
- Source pipeline, manage evaluation cycles, and close business
- Communicate the value of Hologram's platform to multiple personas across different cultural and business contexts
- Share market feedback and insights to inform product and process improvements
- Collaborate with US Sales, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to drive deals forward
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and accountability
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales and closing experience within a complex sales funnel, specific to wireless and/or IoT, with direct experience and working knowledge of the EMEA market
- Formal value selling training (MEDDIC, Force Management, Challenger, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficiency in SFDC, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Passion for determining customer needs and ensuring phenomenal experiences
- Ability to turn broad goals into specific plans, work through obstacles, and make good decisions
- Ability to move fast when addressing immediate needs and solving bigger problems
- Eagerness to learn and grow at any career stage
- Comfortable building structure and using judgment in a fast-moving, evolving environment
Benefits
- Base salary of $130,000 - $150,000 USD plus commission
- Total annual target compensation split 50/50 between base and commission
