Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist in Southeast Asia to support anti-piracy campaigns, requiring experience in sales, account management, or legal fields, with strong communication skills and regional language proficiency.

Location: Southeast Asia

Salary: $800–$1,000/month, up to ~$400/month performance-based

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Legal
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in a regional language (e.g., Malay, Vietnamese, Thai, or Tagalog)
• Comfortable with data management tools, CRM metrics, and Omni-channel communication
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS Excel or equivalents (Google Sheets, SPSS)
• Strong online 'detective' skills, including advanced search techniques for lead generation
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and adapt to changing campaign priorities in a remote environment
