Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS based solutions.
• Communicate and work effectively with others to create high quality software.
• Proactively improve processes and product design and architecture.
• Drive innovation with new product ideas.
• Perform technology and feasibility studies.
• Design solutions that are secure, performant, scalable, and highly available.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems and implement them.
• Troubleshoot and fix production issues related to deployments, networking, configuration, databases, performance, stability, security, application logic.
• Help team members solve complex/urgent problems.
• Mentor and provide technical training to team members.
• Champion the development team’s core values.
• Integrate AI into product features, workflows, and decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, automation, or customer value, and drive initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a .NET Developer, developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects.
• Proficient in C# and .NET framework.
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .Net 6/8, and other .NET technologies.
• Experience developing unit tests, integration tests, E2E tests, load/stress tests.
• Experience with relational databases like MS SQL.
• Strong understanding of Azure services (Azure Blob Storage, Azure functions, AKS).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript/jQuery).
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and modern AI tools.
• Experience with generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Proficient with Git.
