Content QA Associate

The Senior Content QA Analyst ensures quality across proprietary and third-party educational products, supporting the Curriculum Quality Assurance department with content testing, review, and process improvement.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $39,703.50 to $59,536.00

Responsibilities

• Conduct content quality assurance testing on digital-based course assets across multiple points in the production cycle.
• Review course assets for grammar, internal consistency, accessibility, and adherence to style and design guides. Ensure LMS platform settings and functionality are correct. Produce deficiency reports for the development team.
• Work with development and deployment teams to remedy deficiencies or defects.
• Support the Curriculum Quality Assurance Manager with projects, insights, and assistance.
• Communicate project status, issues, and information clearly and effectively.
• Identify emerging issues that may lead to new process requirements.
• Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting quality metrics and performance data.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members or vendors.
• Collaborate on process improvement and efficiency within quality assurance projects.
• Make independent contributions toward business objectives.
• Own the development and upkeep of ongoing projects such as documentation or checklists.
• Assist with quality assurance audits and reviews.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Work independently on projects and problems.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Produce results based on professional experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, e-learning, or a curriculum-related field with 1–3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web tools.
• Ability to clear required background check.
