Workday is seeking an experienced Social Value Program Manager to support its UK public sector contracts, focusing on delivering and managing social value initiatives, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
- Managing the delivery of Workday’s Social Value obligations to public sector customers.
- Acting as the main customer point of contact for Social Value programmes.
- Maintaining awareness of the Social Value landscape and identifying potential partners.
- Supporting business development through responses to procurements and customer presentations.
- Coordinating Employee “Giving and Doing” activities and aligning them with Social Value obligations.
- Maximising the value of donations and activities through the Workday Foundation.
- Developing mechanisms to measure and report on Social Value and Employee Engagement impacts.
- Aligning Social Value programmes with Implementation Partners.
- Maximising contribution of Supply Chain to Social Value programmes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 2 years in Social Value, CSR, or Employee Engagement.
- Minimum of 2 years working within or supplying to the UK Public Sector, including bid cycles and operational delivery.
- Experience with UK public procurement policies, including Social Value Model, Modern Slavery Act, and UK Procurement Act.
- Hands-on experience with Social Value measurement frameworks (e.g., National TOMs, Social Value Portal, Thrive).
- Experience managing program budgets of at least £50k+.
