SEO Team Lead

Seeking an experienced Senior SEO Manager and Team Lead to support and develop SEO strategies, manage teams, and liaise with international clients for Green Park Content, a global content marketing agency.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Support the development of GPC offerings including SEO audits, pre-sales materials, category assessments, and content hub rollouts.
• Research, plan, and build content strategies for GPC clients in Asia.
• Communicate SEO insights and expertise to clients.
• Build decks for strategic search optimization consulting.
• Create, update, and summarize monthly SEO reports.
• Support all SEO activities.
• Manage a team of SEO Specialists and validate freelancer outputs.
• Review work in multiple languages, especially keyword discovery.
• Create content briefs at scale for projects and content hubs.
• Review articles for SEO quality assurance.
• Recommend content optimizations for impact.
• Perform competitor analysis, site audits, and site analysis including Excel work and presentations.
• Support Head of SEO APAC on new business and larger projects in Asia.
• Manage freelancers and junior staff when required.
• Liaise with project management to improve processes and resource management.
• Handle and manage international clients or projects.

Requirements

• Formal education with minimum Bachelor Degree (any major).
• Minimum 7 years of solid experience in SEO technical and content skills.
• Advanced SEO skillset and strategies.
• Analytical and data-driven thinking.
• Fast learner and open to new challenges.
• Passion for SEO and related Google & organic traffic channels.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, Moz, etc).
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• Up-to-date with latest Google updates, features, and SEO best practices.
