Senior Technical Architect

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM focused on customer success, innovation, and workforce transformation. The company is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to serve as a strategic advisor and platform expert for large enterprise clients, helping them deploy and optimize Salesforce solutions.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $172,500–$260,100/yr (base salary range, varies by location)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client
• Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
• Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
• Communicate complex concepts effectively and think creatively
• Identify and manage risk areas to resolution
• Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems
• Review and correct project direction, approach, and artifacts to keep programs on track
• Work closely with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
• Contribute to program vision and advise on enabling technologies including Salesforce Platform

Requirements

• 8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
• 4+ years of experience leading Salesforce Core Projects
• Strong application design, data, integration, and security architecture skills
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
• Detail-oriented with rapid learning ability
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
• Resourceful and innovative problem solver
• Strong experience in Integration concepts, designs, and patterns
