Senior Solutions Architect

The Data Solution Architect partners closely with the sales team to design and deliver data-driven solutions that accelerate customer success and revenue growth. This role involves translating complex business requirements into scalable architectures using analytics, integration, AI/LLM, and cloud technologies, acting as a trusted technical advisor to guide customers and support sales strategies.

Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Support the sales process as a solution architect covering the entire data ecosystem for Rocket's largest accounts.
• Deliver impactful presentations to C-level executives and data architects to address their key considerations with industry knowledge.
• Master Rocket's data portfolio technically to build confidence in prospects and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Lead projects both conceptually and technically through hands-on product expertise.
• Act as a strategic advisor to key accounts with large enterprise mainframe environments, developing and influencing customer data strategy.

Requirements

• 15+ years experience in data architecture, data engineering, and data source/target expertise.
• Experience with hybrid environments and architecting data projects on AWS, Azure, GCP, and legacy databases.
• Ownership and strategy development of AI & LLM architecture with demonstrable ROI.
• Subject matter expertise in analytics platforms, data lakes, streaming services, and RDMS.
• Expertise in high throughput, low latency, zero downtime enterprise data modeling, metadata management, data governance, and data quality, especially in banking, financial services, or insurance industries.
