A Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing complex audiovisual and media technology projects, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction, primarily in sports venue installations. The role involves overseeing project lifecycle from initiation to closing, mentoring other project managers, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The position offers a remote (nationwide) work environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage project communications, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet customer satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships and expectations.
- Coordinate activities for project completion, including stakeholder engagement and meetings.
- Support and guide team members.
- Maintain communication among stakeholders and resolve conflicts.
- Design, plan, and coordinate work teams for sports venue projects.
- Develop and communicate project updates.
- Monitor budgets for labor, equipment, and materials.
- Support project documentation, drawings, and system programming.
- Contract with contractors and monitor project status.
- Ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training and project turnover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (technical, engineering, construction management, or business preferred).
- 5-8+ years of project management experience.
- Experience on construction sites.
- Proven estimating experience in construction.
- Success in delivering complex, high-value projects.
- Prior project management experience.
- Hands-on experience in installation, engineering, or field leadership.
