Senior Product Manager

Toggl is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead one of their Product Tribes, responsible for building and launching Toggl Focus, a comprehensive time tracking and productivity product. The role involves end-to-end product ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making.

Location: Remote (EU, US, LATAM, APAC)

Salary: €90,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set clear direction for your Tribe, define goals, translate company priorities, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Make prioritization decisions, sequence work, and focus on high-value initiatives.
• Develop a strong point of view on the product area, understanding users, market, and business deeply.
• Build understanding of user problems through customer calls, research, and data.
• Shape solutions with design and engineering, framing problems and comparing options.
• Lead designers within the Tribe, guide prototyping, testing, and UX quality.
• Stay close to the work through execution, review flows, experiments, and shipped output.
• Coach team members to improve problem framing, decision-making, and focus.
• Define success with OKRs, KPIs, and impact measurement.
• Participate in roadmap reviews, communicate priorities, and surface tradeoffs.
• Explain decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Use AI tools extensively for research, analysis, and prototyping.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or with end-to-end product ownership.
• High standards for product quality and craftsmanship.
• Strong product judgment and ability to make tradeoffs.
• Problem-first thinking, starting from user needs and business impact.
• Ability to define and own outcomes with KPIs and experiments.
• Thrives in ambiguity, makes confident decisions, and adapts quickly.
• Fast learner in new domains and user segments.
• Understanding of product-led growth principles.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for research and development.
• Self-directed, proactive, and able to set own direction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Values transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection.
• Nice to have: experience leading embedded designers in discovery.
