Senior Product Designer

A Senior Product Designer role focused on owning the experience layer of a marketplace product for real estate investors, emphasizing continuous discovery, rapid prototyping, and shipping impactful solutions.

Location: Remote (US)

Responsibilities

• Attend every customer interview alongside the PM and Engineer and take notes on friction in real time.
• Map current end‑to‑end flows and identify the highest‑friction moments with evidence.
• Design assumption‑test prototypes built to disprove or validate the riskiest belief.
• Build multiple prototype directions per test for the trio to choose from.
• Run usability tests and iterate within 48 hours.
• Ship winning treatments to 100% of users and publicly kill losing ones.
• Pair tightly with engineering until the feature ships.
• Track competitor experiences and know what they shipped.
• Focus on high-stakes surfaces like buying experience, onboarding, activation, and trust moments.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design, with at least 2 in a continuous‑discovery environment.
• Strong end‑to‑end product designer: UX, UI, interaction, prototyping.
• Shipped at least 5 production experiments impacting business metrics.
• Comfortable in Figma + code prototypes.
• Personally run 50+ usability tests.
• Able to sketch prototypes live during interviews.
• English C1+; clear communication with American real estate investors.
• AI‑first mindset; using AI to 3x output.
