Creative Director

Bellweather is a creative agency for legacy brands, focusing on immersive research, artistic collaboration, and creative work that stands out. The Creative Director leads the creative team, shapes project direction, and oversees production, ensuring quality and innovation.

Location: Remote (Eastern time zone preferred)

Salary: $150-$170K

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative department, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and copywriters.
• Shape the creative direction of projects in collaboration with the Strategy team.
• Oversee concept development, client presentations, and creative oversight on photo and video shoots.
• Manage resources, freelancers, vendors, and optimize workflows.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a creative agency.
• 2–3 years in a leadership role (e.g., Art Director, Creative Director).
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative, strategy-driven work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Google Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Experience scaling media plans and directing photo/video production.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
