Senior Manager Finance Strategy & Planning

Cohesity is seeking a strategic finance leader with expertise in SaaS and AI-native tools to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives for their fast-growing, AI-powered data security and management company.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $145,440.00-$181,800.00

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze complex business problems and shape GTM strategy.
• Manage short-range forecasting for Bookings, Billings, and Revenue using predictive modeling.
• Create high-impact reporting and financial narratives for executives and the board, leveraging AI-native analytics.
• Lead quarterly and annual planning cycles translating growth targets into financial impacts.
• Act as the primary finance lead for multiple VPs, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-departmental teams to ensure data integrity and align goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or Strategic Finance in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau).
• Experience operationalizing AI-native tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
• Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills.
