Responsibilities

• Understand and address business needs/issues of clients.
• Manage multiple survey-based market research projects within timelines and budgets.
• Design questionnaires and plan analyses.
• Analyze data, draw conclusions, prepare reports, and make recommendations.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in market research, preferably on the supplier side.
• Availability during North American business hours.
• Strong quantitative, research, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to turn data into insights through analysis and storytelling.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Intellectual curiosity about data insights.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in market research, marketing, or business (asset).
