Responsibilities
- Build and own relationships with agency and brand decision-makers in the territory.
- Prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts into long-term partners.
- Lead tailored pitches that meet client KPIs and showcase unique immersive activations.
Requirements
- 5+ years for Director, 8+ years for Senior Director in media, advertising, gaming, entertainment, branded content, or talent sales.
- Proven track record of opening new business and exceeding quotas.
- Fluency in selling premium video, branded content, sponsorships, or immersive experiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own a territory and collaborate as a team.
- Deep understanding of gaming culture, platforms, creators, and next-gen audience behaviors.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
