Responsibilities

  • Build and own relationships with agency and brand decision-makers in the territory.
  • Prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts into long-term partners.
  • Lead tailored pitches that meet client KPIs and showcase unique immersive activations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years for Director, 8+ years for Senior Director in media, advertising, gaming, entertainment, branded content, or talent sales.
  • Proven track record of opening new business and exceeding quotas.
  • Fluency in selling premium video, branded content, sponsorships, or immersive experiences.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to own a territory and collaborate as a team.
  • Deep understanding of gaming culture, platforms, creators, and next-gen audience behaviors.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Information

  • This is a quota-carrying role for a closer with market ownership in a growing company.
