The Sr. Demand Generation Manager at TestGorilla is responsible for managing and scaling the company's largest acquisition channels, primarily Google Ads, to drive sustainable growth and revenue. The role involves data-driven decision making, campaign management, and collaboration across teams.

Location: Remote (Global)

Salary: €65,650–€84,500 per annum

Responsibilities

Upholding TestGorilla's behaviors and fostering an inclusive, supportive culture.
Owning the demand generation across paid and organic channels, including managing and scaling paid spend on Google Ads and emerging platforms.
Building and owning source-of-truth reporting across funnel performance, including dashboards and attribution modeling.
Owning the roadmap for paid landing pages, ad creative, and offers, and running A/B tests.
Designing and owning automated nurture workflows and enrichment infrastructure.
Partnering with Sales and RevOps on lead quality and conversion.
Staying ahead of advertising platform, AI ecosystem, and privacy changes.

Requirements

Passionate about TestGorilla's mission.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Thrives in a fast-paced, async-first, remote environment.
Proven experience in performance or growth marketing, managing a Google Ads budget of at least six figures per month.
7+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
Deep expertise in Google Ads stack, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, Smart Bidding, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
Working knowledge of Clay, HubSpot, and GA suite.
Solid grasp of funnel and unit economics and experimentation design.
Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools for growth workflows.
Ownership mentality and comfort with ambiguity.
