Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: USD $80,000–$100,000 annual base

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of initiatives from problem framing to production and post-launch review.
• Make architectural and technical decisions, document them, and revisit based on data.
• Ensure implementation quality through prompts, guardrails, evals, tests, and review loops.
• Collaborate daily with product managers, designers, and engineering peers.
• Present results and impact of initiatives 2-4 weeks post-launch.

Requirements

• Deep experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent.
• Experience operating at a lead level, making impactful technical decisions.
• Outcome-driven with a focus on metrics and impact.
• Strong collaboration skills with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Decisive, well-documented decision-making with architectural and rollout expertise.
• Ability to leave reusable artifacts that amplify impact.
• Customer- and pro-minded with a marketplace focus.
