Senior Communications Manager

The role involves designing and building system integrations between enterprise systems and AI platforms, focusing on data flow, API development, and ensuring security and reliability. It requires working with legacy and modern systems to enable AI-driven business decisions.

Salary: USD $118,519.00 - USD $131,482.00 /Yr

Responsibilities

• Designing and building connections between AI platform and enterprise systems such as ERP, data platforms, PLM, MES, CRM, and legacy databases.
• Building RESTful and event-driven APIs for data exposure and AI output delivery.
• Designing data pipelines for batch and real-time data movement, including transformation, validation, and error recovery.
• Building monitoring, alerting, and automated recovery systems for integrations.
• Ensuring data flows meet access control, audit, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience; or Master’s degree plus 3 years of experience.
• Production experience building API integrations between enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, data warehouses.
• Strong development skills in Python and/or Java.
• Experience with RESTful API design, event-driven architectures, and data transformation pipelines.
• Database proficiency including SQL, stored procedures, schema design, working with modern and legacy relational databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployment (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• U.S. citizenship and Department of Defense Secret security clearance at hire.
