Senior AI Platform Engineer – HexCore & Eval Systems

Seeking a Senior AI Platform Engineer to own and develop the core platform infrastructure for AI agents, including schema architecture, data pipelines, evaluation systems, and onboarding automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the core platform repository, including modular agent architecture and customer configuration schemas.
• Build and maintain multi-tenant architecture with cross-client isolation and config-driven deployment.
• Own end-to-end conversation logging system and extend knowledge base ingestion pipelines.
• Manage evaluation systems, scenario design, and automated scoring for AI quality assurance.
• Automate onboarding processes to deploy new customers rapidly and maintain platform consistency.
• Ensure reliability and observability through latency optimization, structured logging, and incident diagnosis.

Requirements

• Proficient or advanced in agentic workflows with tools like Cursor AI or Claude Code.
• 4+ years building and owning production-grade backend systems in Python.
• Experience owning core platform or shared infrastructure used by multiple teams or customers.
• Hands-on experience with multi-tenant system design, schema isolation, and deployment automation.
• Experience building evaluation harnesses for LLM-based systems with quantitative metrics.
