Scrum Master

Holliday Systems Inc. is seeking experienced Agile professionals such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and Delivery Leads to become part-time Agile Revenue Partners. These partners will support client projects, coaching, and business transformation efforts, earning additional income while helping organizations improve execution and systems.

Location: Greenville, North Carolina, United States

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and discovery support
• Agile coaching and facilitation
• Business execution sessions
• CRM and workflow implementation support
• Meeting facilitation and follow-up
• Project tracking and delivery support
• Client accountability check-ins
• Documentation, SOPs, and process improvement
• Training sessions and group coaching support
• Business growth and implementation projects
• Partner outreach and client relationship support

Requirements

• Experience with Scrum, Agile, project delivery, coaching, or operations
• Communicates professionally
• Can follow through on commitments
• Comfortable working with business owners and teams
• Wants to grow beyond a traditional 9–5 role
• Interested in part-time income opportunities
