Sales Training Specialist

Havenpark Communities is seeking a Training Program Owner to lead and develop their sales onboarding program, facilitate engaging training sessions, design curriculum, measure performance, and collaborate across departments to improve sales training effectiveness.
Location: Remote (US)
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of Havenpark’s cohort-based new hire sales onboarding program.
- Develop expertise in sales process, workflows, systems, and customer experience standards.
- Manage program logistics including scheduling, communications, materials, and stakeholder coordination.
- Serve as the program owner for training content updates and alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate engaging learning experiences in-person and virtually.
- Support new hires transitioning into the field by partnering with sales managers.
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding curriculum, guides, and resources.
- Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Operations, People Operations, and L&D leadership.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in learning & development, sales training, or property management training.
- Proven facilitation skills in both in-person and virtual environments.
- Strong instructional design and content development capabilities.
- Program and project management experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Data-informed mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, CRM platforms, and virtual learning tools.
- Ownership mentality.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Ability to travel approximately every three weeks.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
