Sales Specialist - Demand Generation

The company is seeking a Sales Specialist– Demand Generation to identify and engage potential customers, qualify leads, and support sales pipeline development, primarily in the Microsoft Cloud environment.
Location: Remote (Germany)
Responsibilities
- Identify potential new customers proactively and with good timing and relevance.
- Initiate contact with potential customers, conduct initial conversations, and generate genuine interest.
- Qualify leads using a clear framework and determine which contacts to pass to account managers.
- Document activities in CRM for transparency in the sales process.
- Plan and follow up on events, including researching suitable events and systematic follow-up with contacts.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B outreach, IT sales, or sales development, with the ability to start conversations and open doors.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and able to handle rejection confidently.
- Structured working style and familiarity with digital sales and research tools or willingness to learn.
- Initial practical knowledge of Microsoft Cloud topics, especially Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Quickly adapt to CRM systems and document work diligently.
