The Sales Director - Canada role at Batory Foods involves leading and developing a high-performing sales team focused on driving sustainable, profitable growth across key customer accounts in Canada, within the food, beverage, and ingredient industries.

Salary: Starting At $120K Canadian Dollars

Responsibilities

• Long-term growth and customer engagement.
• Ensure customer engagement strategies align with Batory’s mission, values, and culture, resulting in team development and revenue growth.
• Identify, refine, and leverage account management best practices to create “The Batory Way”.
• Define, lead, and manage an optimal sales force.
• Recruit, manage, and coach sales professionals to deliver profitable growth.
• Create a culture of winning, collaboration, and ongoing business goal achievement.
• Work across Batory’s functions to optimize account revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver accurate and timely quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field.
• 8 – 10 years’ of progressive sales experience.
• Strong change agent sales leadership experience at the first or second-line.
• Food, Beverage and Ingredients industry strategic accounts experience.
• Working knowledge of strategic customer base, distribution models, and current competitive markets.
• Deep knowledge of strategic account practices, customer profile development, customer penetration strategies, strategic customer business planning, sales best practices.
• Experienced in CRM adoption and usage, pipeline development, and business planning/forecasting.
• Experienced in building a highly engaged, collaborative team.
• Recruiting, selecting, managing, coaching, and developing high-potential sales professionals.
• Managing under-performing sales professionals.
