Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

The role is for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive top-of-funnel growth through outbound and inbound sales activities, manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting, and mentor junior team members. It is suited for a seasoned SDR capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
  • Perform in-depth prospect research and account qualification
  • Set and manage sales appointments and product demos
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targets
  • Maintain clean and accurate CRM data
  • Provide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategies
  • Support onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as needed

Requirements

  • Experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
  • Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
  • Experience working with US or UK-based companies
  • Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motions
  • Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
  • High level of self-motivation and time management
