Sales Associate

OneDigital is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support top-performing PEO producers by managing operational aspects of complex sales cycles, from RFP to onboarding, in a remote full-time role.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end coordination of PEO RFP responses, including gathering census data, plan design details, pricing inputs, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all RFP submissions are accurate, complete, and delivered on time.
  • Partner with underwriting based on rep needs to help manage iterations on pricing, risk evaluation, and plan modeling.
  • Track all deal milestones and proactively manage timelines to avoid delays.
  • Act as the primary liaison between sales and underwriting to ensure clean, complete submissions.
  • Validate census data, payroll information, medical docs required, and claims history for accuracy prior to submission.
  • Coordinate revisions and ensure producers are equipped with the most current and competitive proposals.
  • Support the creation of client-ready proposals and presentations if/when needed.
  • Prepare and assemble PEO closing kits, including service agreements, census data, and required compliance documentation.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, implementation, payroll) to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce) including deal stage, notes, next steps, and documentation.
  • Monitor pipeline health and proactively flag risks such as missing information, delayed follow-ups, and timeline slippage.
  • Support forecast accuracy by ensuring deal data reflects real-time status.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination across sales, underwriting, benefits, legal, and implementation teams.
  • Remove friction from the sales process by ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in complex B2B sales support.
  • Experience managing multi-step complex deal cycles (preferred: RFPs and underwriting processes).
  • Preferred understanding of employee benefits, payroll data, risk/underwriting workflows.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel (data validation), and presentation tools.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
