Sales Development Representative (Inbound | Healthcare)

The role is for a Sales Development Representative (Inbound | Healthcare) supporting a healthcare-focused sales team. It is suitable for someone early in their sales career, comfortable handling inbound leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments, preferably with healthcare or health tech exposure.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $6,000 – $10,200

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries from prospective healthcare clients
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and route opportunities appropriately
• Schedule appointments and product demos for Account Executives
• Maintain accurate activity and lead records in the CRM
• Follow up with inbound prospects to ensure timely engagement
• Learn and articulate the company’s healthcare-focused value proposition
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion

Requirements

• Experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting role
• Prior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered
• Experience working with US or UK-based companies or customers
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with prospects by phone
• Basic CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
