BTSE is a leading digital asset exchange offering secure cryptocurrency trading and B2B solutions, including white-label exchange, wallet, and crypto payment systems. They are seeking entrepreneurial, self-starting individuals passionate about crypto to join their enterprise solutions team, primarily focusing on partnership development and sales.
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Prospecting: attending crypto events and conferences to find new partners and customers, introduce BTSE, and explore collaboration opportunities.
- Discovery: understanding customer needs and tailoring conversations to different personalities, cultures, and business types.
- Build your own book of business and pipeline of customers; understanding how to move each customer onto the next step and eventually closing deals.
- Identify ways to reach more customers through events, cold prospecting, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Work closely with the technical team to solve problems and create customized solutions for clients.
Requirements
- Native/fluent in English, comfortable giving presentations.
- Teachable, hardworking, and eager to grow.
- Able to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, ownership, and goal-oriented execution.
- Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations.
