The Regional Vice President of Sales for R1's Mid-Market Team is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion sales of revenue performance solutions within a specific region, focusing on high-value prospects and existing clients.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $113,520.00 - $181,244.55 per year

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to build brand awareness and drive revenue.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Accurately forecast sales attainment on various timeframes.
• Document sales activity using Salesforce CRM.
• Identify areas for personal and team development to enhance sales success.
• Engage with hospital and health system leadership, including C-suite executives, to influence and coordinate sales efforts.
• Collaborate in team selling environments to identify, pursue, and close new client relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of success selling healthcare professional services related to finance, patient accounting, HIM, or revenue cycle to provider organizations.
• At least 2 years of account management, client success, or revenue cycle operations consulting with VP and Director-level partners.
• Healthcare experience with acute care provider organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Additional Information

• This role is sales commission eligible with an average base pay of $175,000 and target OTE ranging from $300,000-$375,000.
