Revenue Cycle Manager

The Revenue Cycle Manager at Clinical Health Network for Transformation (CHN) will lead the day-to-day and strategic operations of the Revenue Cycle Management department, managing a team and ensuring quality performance to support access and patient experience. The role requires advanced knowledge of billing, office workflows, compliance, and staff management, with a focus on health equity.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $77k–$116k

Responsibilities

• Partner with CHN Customer Success team to lead RCM updates and establish strong partnerships.
• Develop expert knowledge of revenue, patient access, and financial verification processes.
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and present revenue cycle results to leaders.
• Collaborate on process improvement opportunities with affiliates and providers.
• Analyze data to identify denial/error trends and share insights.
• Monitor KPIs and overall performance, providing root-cause analysis and action plans.
• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate, and support staff.
• Conduct weekly team meetings and manage staff levels and competencies.
• Review organizational metrics and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Communicate system concerns and solicit feedback.
• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering inclusiveness.
• Create a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Demonstrate commitment to health equity and racial justice.
• Provide feedback and accountability related to equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management or related field.
• 5-7 years of medical billing office experience, with at least 4 years in management.
• 3-5 years of experience working in Epic.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
