Residential Sales and Save Specialist - West

This remote role involves responding to customer sales and cancellation requests, developing sales and retention strategies, and maximizing revenue through negotiation and customer service. The position is suitable for individuals with sales experience in a consumer-based industry, living within 50 miles of Phoenix, with internal eligibility for employees from Tupelo, MS, Coraopolis, PA, or Lombard, IL.

Location: Remote (within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ, USA)

Salary: $19.50–$20.50/hr

Responsibilities

• Handle customer sales and cancellation requests, providing education on contract details and negotiating commitments.
• Resolve escalations for customer service within the territory.
• Generate revenue growth through consultative selling for current customers.
• Establish and maintain high customer satisfaction and meet sales/retention goals.
• Reduce lost accounts by diffusing cancellation requests.
• Increase revenue and profitability by executing sales and retention plans.
• Match services with customer needs, demonstrating knowledge of pricing and competition.
• Use sales productivity software tools effectively.
• Acquire industry and company knowledge for proposals and recommendations.
• Propose customer solutions compliant with regulations.
• Update and secure customer service agreements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant work experience in consumer-based industry sales.
• Nine months of proven success in customer interaction roles.
