Remote Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee For Service

Location: Remote

Salary: $100k–$100k

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and Armada's Product and Engineering teams, translating real-world requirements into technical inputs.
• Provide expert guidance on Armada's AI Factory products, including Modular Data Centers, liquid-cooled data center designs, and GPU-based systems.
• Understand customer workloads and advise on system architecture and deployment tradeoffs.
• Lead technical demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and workshops.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Support field and sales teams by simplifying complex technical concepts.
• Engage with renewable energy operators and energy sector stakeholders to promote Armada's solutions.
• Engage with AI datacenter co-location operators and Neocloud providers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Stay current on industry trends and share insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data center engineering, infrastructure engineering, pre-sales, or solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of compute, networking, and storage fundamentals, including AI and GPU systems.
• Hands-on experience with data center systems, including liquid cooling and modular data centers.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, virtualization.
• Ability to navigate OT and IT stakeholders.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
