Project Manager

Simple Life is an AI-powered health coaching app focused on sustainable weight loss and healthier lifestyles. They are seeking a Project Manager to support operational excellence, automation, and cross-functional initiatives.

Location: Limassol or Remote (outside Cyprus)

Responsibilities

• Own and improve internal reporting processes including bi-weekly PM reports, leadership updates, CEO briefings, All Hands, and Board materials.
• Support the implementation and scaling of AI-powered automations to streamline reporting and operational processes.
• Drive cross-functional processes and experiments such as rollout logs, retrospectives, onboarding, and identifying workflow bottlenecks.
• Monitor KPIs and resource allocation, prepare reports, and propose solutions.
• Support leadership with ad-hoc initiatives including research, vendor coordination, contract reviews, test assignments, and candidate pre-screening.
• Partner with PMs, team leads, and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or similar roles, preferably in tech or product environments.
• Experience owning recurring reporting cycles and preparing materials for different audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation (LLM-based workflows, no-code/low-code platforms).
• Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs, identify trends, and translate data into recommendations.
• Experience with cross-functional processes like onboarding, retrospectives, and operational rituals.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage diverse tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with ownership, able to manage multiple workstreams and meet deadlines.
• Discretion and judgment handling sensitive information.
• Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams.
