Program Coordinator, Medical Communications

The role is for a Program Coordinator in a medical communications company, ideal for recent graduates or professionals interested in healthcare and science communication. The position involves managing multiple projects, coordinating with various departments, and supporting client and internal meetings.

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $41,600—$62,400 USD

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments, relay due dates, and identify obstacles.
• Manage the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process for clients, including submissions and communication.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and provide status updates.
• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations.
• Prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary reports.
• Perform meeting planning tasks including site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, and AV setup.
• Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate team meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
• 0-2 years of work experience in client service, agency setting, or related internship.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
