Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Business Partner role supports the Cardiovascular Services of America (CVAUSA), a leading independent cardiology network in the US, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and leadership support in a remote setting.

Location: Remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to business leaders, physicians, and practice administrators, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee relations matters, conduct workplace investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
• Identify employee relations trends and recommend solutions to improve retention and workplace culture.
• Partner with hiring managers for staffing needs, manage full-cycle recruitment, and support onboarding.
• Provide day-to-day HR support, support organizational growth initiatives, and develop HR policies.
• Build credibility with leaders, support organizational change, and participate in HR initiatives to improve engagement and retention.
• Travel up to 20% to partner practices and regional locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations or business units preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, physician practice management, or NSOs preferred.
• Experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience.
