Aderant is seeking a Product Manager to own and drive product strategy and execution within their portfolio, focusing on delivering client-centric value through innovative SaaS solutions, including AI-driven products, for the legal industry.

Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and execution for your area, translating client and market needs into a clear roadmap
- Champion a client-centric approach, grounding decisions in direct client feedback, usage data, and real-world workflow understanding
- Drive AI-driven product management and development - idea through ship, using AI tools and methods to accelerate discovery, design, and delivery
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Services, Support, and Client Success teams to align priorities and deliver on commitments
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, automation, analytics, and client experience within your product area
- Translate client, market, and operational insights into actionable requirements and execution plans
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and adjacent product teams to ensure your roadmap fits into the broader platform and portfolio strategy
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap clearly to stakeholders, clients, and internal teams
- Support go-to-market efforts by helping define positioning, key benefits, and target client needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS environments
- Experience owning a product area and driving and contributing to cross-functional initiatives
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven product management-using AI tools and workflows across the full lifecycle from ideation to shipped product
- Comfort working with platforms, data, APIs, integrations, or workflow-heavy enterprise applications
- Experience partnering with engineering and design to ship product incrementally with a client first mindset
Additional Information
- Experience with complex law firm operations, including financial, billing, timekeeping, or practice management workflows
