Director, Product Management

The Director, Product Management at Solera's Hollander division leads product strategy and delivery for automotive salvage solutions, focusing on platform modernization and product stewardship. The role involves managing legacy products while building a new global platform, leading cross-functional teams, and engaging with international markets.

Location: Remote, US

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, target architecture, and phased delivery roadmap for a global platform replacement.
• Champion a “single global product, locally adapted” approach supporting localization without losing core coherence.
• Partner with Engineering and Data leaders on architecture trade-offs; maintain fluency in APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Own the full product portfolio: protect legacy products and build next-generation platform in parallel.
• Define prioritization frameworks balancing revenue protection and strategic investment.
• Manage scope, sequencing, and customer migration with minimal disruption.
• Lead integration strategy and execution with third-party partners through platforms and APIs.
• Drive product requirements for workflow-heavy, integration-intensive environments.
• Create product requirements and priorities; ensure teams have what they need for execution.
• Lead multi-geography delivery with decision frameworks for standardization vs. localization.
• Define success metrics, launch measures, and migration KPIs; analyze product performance.
• Partner with Product Marketing for sales enablement, onboarding, and go-to-market assets.
• Lead a small, distributed, cross-geo team; provide strategic direction and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop product managers and owners.
• Engage with partnership and acquisition opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, with at least 4 years in a product leadership role.
• Experience leading platform modernization or transformation programs at scale.
• Experience delivering multi-geography products with localization complexity.
• Background in workflow-intensive, integration-heavy product environments.
• Experience managing small distributed teams in evolving organizational conditions.
• Automotive, vehicle lifecycle, or adjacent industry experience is highly desirable.
