Product Implementation Manager, SaaS Delivery

nesto is a leading Canadian fintech company specializing in mortgage technology and financing solutions, offering cloud-native SaaS platforms for financial institutions. They are seeking a Product Implementation Manager to lead functional solution design and client implementations.

Location: Remote (Canada: Quebec and Ontario)

Salary: CAD 75k–CAD 110k

Responsibilities

• Lead Functional Solution Design: Drive discovery workshops to translate partner business challenges and processes into functional solution logic.
• System Logic Ownership: Act as the master of functional configuration; define logic and workflows for technical teams.
• Strategic Partner Presence: Guide financial institution leaders on best-practice configurations.
• Internal Product Partnership: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap.
• Solution Accountability: Ensure solutions address partner problems and promote adoption.
• Change Management Support: Guide clients through operational transitions to optimize for the Nesto Mortgage Cloud.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Implementation Manager, Functional Consultant, Solutions-oriented Analyst, or similar role within financial services or SaaS.
• Ability to learn complex software engines and translate into business solutions.
• Ability to speak the language of Technical Product Managers and lead system logic discussions.
• Proven experience leading client implementations with responsibility for functional outcomes.
• Strong influence and communication skills, capable of guiding decision-making at the executive level.
• Knowledge of the lending lifecycle or mortgage industry is a significant asset.
