AI First Product Manager Acquisition

Leadtech is a digital solutions company with a diverse team of over 700 members, specializing in web and mobile user experiences. They are seeking a Product Manager focused on acquisition and growth, leveraging data and AI to optimize user funnels.
Location: Barcelona, Spain or Remote
Responsibilities
- Identify acquisition bottlenecks through data and turn them into prioritised, fast experiments
- Use AI to accelerate discovery — synthesising user signals, analysing patterns, and forming hypotheses faster than a traditional research cycle allows
- Run A/B tests on pricing, conversion flows and UX with clear hypotheses and honest readouts
- Build automated workflows that scale your acquisition efforts without scaling headcount
- Define and track the metrics that matter and know which ones are vanity
- Translate user behaviour into product and UX decisions that move conversion
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager in a growth or acquisition-focused role
- Comfortable using AI as part of how you work whether that's for research, drafting, analysis, or problem-solving
- Strong analytical foundation: comfortable pulling and interpreting your own data
- Familiar with analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Databriks
- Clear, structured communicator who can align stakeholders on commercial impact
- Optional: background in engineering or a heavy maker mindset you speak the language of engineering
